Please note that for all treatments and appointments I operate a strict 24 hour cancellation policy which requires full payment for any cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.

Acupuncture:

Shine on The Green, 20 Newington Green N16 9PU

We are in Newington Green, serving the areas of Islington, Hackney, Crouch End, and Haringey. Bus routes: 141, 341, 476, 21, 73, 236, stop on Newington Green. 30, 277, 38, 56, go to Balls Pond Road then 5 mins walk up Mildmay Park to the Green. Trains/underground: Nearest overground train is Canonbury. Dalston Junction overground and Kingsland train stations are about 16 minutes walking distance. Manor house tube station (Piccadilly Line) is 10 stops/about 10 minutes by bus (route 341)

Nutrition and Health Coaching:

Sessions are all held online/Zoom.

Acupuncture Clinics at Shine on The Green Shine: Tuesdays 3 to 8 pm, Wednesdays: 12 to 8 pm, Fridays 9 am to 3 pm

Nutrition and Health Coaching: Tuesdays mornings and Thursdays 11 am to 6 pm and other days times upon request.

 

How to book your appointments, availability and pricing

Acupuncture

The Initial appointment at Shine carries an initial phone consultation ahead of and on a separate day to the first time in-person appointment. During this call we will discuss your needs, and health, and is an opportunity for you to ask me any relevant questions ahead to the first treatment. We kindly ask you to complete a clinical questionnaire and send back to us ahead to this call.

After you made the Initial appointment, please schedule your initial phone call consultation. You can find my calendar here, or you can email me. I will send you forms to complete and to return before the call.

Prices:

  • 1st appointment phone consultation (30 minutes) + Initial general acupuncture treatment (45 minutes) = £90

  • 1st appointment phone consultation (45 minutes) + Initial acupuncture treatment for Fertility & IVF support (45 minutes) = £120

  • Follow up acupuncture treatment (45 minutes) = £70

  • Payment is due on the day of treatment by cash or bank transfer (no card)

Private Healthcare

Nutrition Consultations

Please email me to book an appointment at acupuncturen16@gmail.com. Upon booking you will receive a private link with an invitation. Appointments are 75 minutes long for individuals and 90 minutes for couples undergoing fertility treatment.

Before the initial consultation, you will be asked to complete a comprehensive pre-consultation form, which includes questions about your health and medical history, lifestyle, current diet, and food preferences, as well as a food diary.

Payments are in advance to the session, you will be provided payment details (Bank transfer/Wise available).

  • 1st appointment nutrition (75 minutes) = £120

  • 1st appointment nutrition couples (90 minutes) = £160

  • Follow ups (45 minutes) = £60

Health Coaching Packages

Health coaching is offered as part of packages, rather than single sessions. To find out if Health Coaching is right for you, I offer a 30 minute no-obligation exploratory call, contact me here to schedule a free 30 minutes call.

Before the initial consultation, you will be asked to complete a comprehensive pre-consultation form, which includes questions about your health and medical history, lifestyle, as well as a food diary. Below is a description of the available packages and prices. Payments are in advance, you will be provided payment details (Bank transfer/Wise available).

Signature Health Coaching package, AZUL

  • 4 weekly sessions: an initial 90 minutes session and three 60 minutes follow ups

  • To be completed in a maximum of 5 weeks from the initial session

  • Personalised action plan with weekly accountability

  • Written resources and signposting given

  • Cost=£285

    Health Coaching follow-up package, ROSA

  • 3 follow up sessions: 60 minutes each

  • To be completed in a maximum of 4 weeks from the initial session

  • Suitable for those that have finished an initial Azul program (within the previous 10 weeks) and

    would like to continue to work for longer

  • Personalised action plan with weekly accountability

  • Written resources and signposting given

  • Cost = £168
